- When installing the extension, the data that passes between it and the site are the data concerning the pre-provided radio stations.

 

 

- When you add a personal radio station in the app. The site does not collect the data you enter, such as station name, slogan, website and links to audio streams. All of this is saved locally in your browser.

 

We automatically collect certain personal information about you when you interact with our services, including:

 

- Data collected without the use of cookies or other similar technologies (browser and device used, IP address);

- Through the browser extension: If you agree to install our browser extension, the Internet address (URL) of each site that you visit through your browser will not be collected and stored: Indeed the search for link audio in the web pages you visit, will not be sent to our servers. The browser extension detects links containing online audio streams, provides one-click access to adding these streams into the extension.

 

Why do you process data about me? On what basis? For how long ? What data is concerned?

Are you required to transfer data concerning me? For what reasons ? 

 

Dans le cadre de nos activités, nous avons recours aux prestations fournies par plusieurs sociétés spécialisées, sous-traitants ou co-responsables du traitement des données vous concernant (services de mailing, de notifications push, de gestion de la relation clients, de gestion des accès et des identités clients, d’analyse d’audience, de paiement, de protection contre les attaques informatiques, d’analyse des performances techniques) dont la liste peut être communiquée aux personnes concernées sur demande adressée à dpo@igraal.com.

Si vous optez pour le paiement via Paypal, les informations relatives au paiement ne sont pas collectées et traitées par nos soins mais directement par Paypal (nous conservons uniquement votre IBAN pour des fins strictement nécessaires au suivi de vos demandes de paiement, pour une durée limitée de 6 mois). Nous vous invitons à prendre connaissance de leur politique de confidentialité et de leurs conditions générales d’utilisation.

 

Under no circumstances will we transfer your personal information to commercial or advertising actors.

 

Can I opt out of having my information used to personalize my experience? How ?

 

Since Radio Player Live does not collect any sensitive data allowing you to be identified. Unfortunately, it is therefore impossible to refuse what does not exist.

To access radio stations, we only use free access links. The rights to the audio content, made available for listening, belong to the station providers or their licensors. If the owners of radio stations wish to rectify, update or delete their listings in our list of stations, we invite them to contact us.

 

Any owner of one or more radio stations can request their withdrawal. The withdrawal will be effective immediately upon receipt of the request.
